A team of five people work in the technical service department, and customers can get in touch easily thanks to the toll free number.
The internal service puts the customer in contact with the local Service Centre, making sure the repair is done. For three-phase central vacuum systems and for assistance on complex systems, two specialised persons will handle the intervention also working directly on the customer’s plant.
There are over 50 Authorised Service Centres distributed throughout the Italian territory, followed by the mother company in the supply of spare parts and in training, with ad hoc courses at our national works where the Official tester Certificate is issued.
